It's called ';spot refinishing'; and some bodyshops do it as well as used car lots have people come in to do it. Check the local phone book or bodyshops/used car lots to see who might do it in your area.Is it possible to spot blend automotive base paint and clear coat over existing base paint and clear coat?
Yes and no. The area must be prepped and then the paint and clear coat can be applied.
