I can't seem to find it in Singapore and it is not allowed to be shipped out of US.
I don't necessary need this spray matte paint exactly, but I need one that can be used to seal the make-up on the plastic of dolls.Where can I buy Mr Super Clear spray matte paint in Singapore?
I think you can find it in art supply store, but I am sure you will get it if you come to Sekudai, Johor, Malaysia. There are 2 shops that supplied all the art materials for university students.
