How do I remove 'clear coat paint' from my red car where it has turned white?

i'd have someone try buffing it out for you. The year make and model doesnt matter.... Its clearcoat...





So stop at a local body shop or detail shop and ask them how much they charge to buff out a car...or if you have it there see if they think they could buff out what youre talking about
