When should i apply my clear coat when i paint my xbox 360 Controller? Thanks?

i have already painted it but its still a little sticky should i wait till the morning?When should i apply my clear coat when i paint my xbox 360 Controller? Thanks?
Its best to let it sit for At Least 24hrs or until very firm, its best not to touch it as if sticky you will leave fingerprints. It also depends what type of paint you have used, some will dry in 8hrs, so9me up to 48hrs. Hope this helps.
